Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Krystals Crazy Cuts 3D Printing.

Because many of our products are made to order and some custom printed items are produced from customer-supplied files, please review our return and refund policy carefully.

Standard Product Returns

For standard non-custom products purchased through our website, return requests may be accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item:

  • is unused

  • is in original condition

  • is not damaged due to customer handling

  • is returned in appropriate packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Custom Orders / Customer-Supplied STL Prints

Due to the custom nature of these products:

Custom orders, personalized items, and products printed from customer-supplied STL or design files are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has started.

Exceptions may be considered if:

  • the wrong item was sent

  • the item arrived damaged

  • there is a clear manufacturing defect

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • your order number

  • photos of the item

  • photos of packaging (if applicable)

  • a brief description of the issue

We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, store credit, or refund when warranted.

3D Printing Product Variations

Because 3D printed items are manufactured layer by layer, minor variations are normal and do not automatically qualify as defects.

Examples include:

  • subtle layer lines

  • small cosmetic surface variations

  • slight color differences between batches

  • minimal dimensional tolerances

These characteristics are part of the 3D printing process.

Order Cancellations

Standard orders may be canceled before production begins.

Once production has started, cancellations may no longer be possible.

Custom orders and customer-submitted print jobs cannot be canceled once production begins.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • custom printed products

  • customer-supplied STL print orders

  • personalized/customized products

  • items damaged due to misuse

  • items returned outside the return window

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Processing times may vary depending on payment provider timelines.
