Welcome to Krystals Crazy Cuts 3D Printing (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or purchasing from www.kcc3dprinting.com, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this website.

Products & Services

Krystals Crazy Cuts 3D Printing offers made-to-order 3D printed products and custom 3D printing services.

Products may include decorative, organizational, novelty, gaming, and functional printed items.

Availability, materials, colors, and designs may change without notice.

3D Printed Product Characteristics

Customers acknowledge that 3D printed products may naturally contain minor variations due to the manufacturing process.

These may include:

  • visible layer lines

  • slight surface texture variations

  • small cosmetic imperfections

  • slight dimensional tolerances

  • minor filament color variation between batches

These characteristics are normal and do not automatically constitute defects.

Custom Orders

Custom print services are offered for customer-supplied STL or compatible design files.

By submitting a file, you confirm:

  • you have the legal right to use the design

  • you have permission to reproduce the design

  • the design does not infringe on intellectual property rights

Krystals Crazy Cuts 3D Printing is not responsible for copyright, trademark, or intellectual property violations involving customer-submitted files.

Production Limitations

While we strive for accurate, high-quality prints, some designs may not print successfully due to geometry, file quality, material limitations, or technical constraints.

We reserve the right to decline projects that cannot reasonably be produced.

Payment Terms

Payment must be completed before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Orders will not begin production until payment is successfully received.

Shipping & Delivery

Processing and shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other external shipping disruptions are outside our control.

Custom orders are generally non-refundable once production has started.

Product Use & Safety

Customers are responsible for using products appropriately.

Krystals Crazy Cuts 3D Printing is not liable for:

  • misuse of products

  • damage caused by improper use

  • injuries resulting from product misuse

  • unintended uses beyond the intended product purpose

Products are not intended for unsupervised child use unless explicitly stated.

Color & Appearance Disclaimer

Actual printed colors may vary slightly due to:

  • filament batch variation

  • screen/device display differences

  • lighting conditions

Product photos are representative but may not perfectly match every printed item.

Website Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to ensure accurate descriptions, pricing, and availability.

However, errors may occasionally occur.

We reserve the right to correct:

  • pricing errors

  • product description errors

  • inventory inaccuracies

  • listing mistakes

without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Krystals Crazy Cuts 3D Printing shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website.
