Because many of our products are made to order, please review our shipping policy below.
Processing Time
Most standard orders are processed within 3–5 business days before shipment.
Processing time may vary depending on:
Product size
Print complexity
Order volume
Material availability
Customization requests
Custom 3D printing orders and customer-submitted STL print requests may require additional production time depending on project complexity.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped using trusted shipping carriers selected at our discretion based on package size, destination, and service availability.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout when applicable.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available one designated day per week by prior arrangement.
If local pickup is available for your order, details will be coordinated directly after purchase or by prior agreement.
Orders not picked up within a reasonable timeframe may require rescheduling.
Delivery Time
Estimated shipping times begin after processing is complete, not at the time the order is placed.

Holidays
High shipping volume
Destination location
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside our direct control.
Custom Orders
Custom 3D printed orders, including prints based on customer-supplied STL or design files, may require longer production times than standard products.
Estimated completion times for custom orders will be discussed individually when possible.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package appears delayed, please first check the carrier tracking information.
If you believe your shipment has been lost, contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Please note that carrier delays are outside our control once the package has shipped.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
your order number
photos of the damaged item
photos of packaging (if applicable)
We will review the issue and work toward a replacement or resolution when appropriate.
